At Elvani, we take great care in ensuring that every product is thoroughly inspected before dispatch.

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and quality assurance reasons, allsales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for items once theyhave been purchased and delivered.

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, specifications, andimages before placing an order.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from the product ordered,please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at elvani.accessories@gmail.com withyour order number and clear photographs of the item. We will review the issue and,where applicable, provide a suitable resolution.

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once anorder has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
